Trading successfully since 2015, we operate in the Logistics, warehousing and production markets, dealing with both small and large businesses on an adhoc or long term basis.
We are Gangmaster ( GLAA ) licenced, REC and ALP members and we are LogisticsUK ( FTA ) Driver Agency Standard Audited and we know our markets well.
Due to continued growth we have vacancies for 360 Recruitment Consulants, with experience in Recruitment Sales. Our Office network is currently West Browich, Rugby, Wigan, Spalding and Sawbridgeworth.
Preferably, you will be an all rounder with experience selling out “blue collar” workers – HGV drivers, warehouse ops, field and food production workers, etc and you would like the chance to succeed in a friendly and relaxed environment.
Our requirements are:-
- Experience working in a Recruitment Agency Office
- 360 sales and service experience
- Driving, industrial, warehousing or production experience
- You commit and deliver we reward!
We offer a competitive salary from £26,000 basic to £35,000 basic based on your provable experience plus an achievable and competitive commision structure including new client bonuses and monthly paid commission.OTE between £40,000 and £50,000 is easily achievable.
9am – 5pm Monday to Thursday and early finish Friday, average 35 hours weekly office hours.
